This license is a legal agreement between you, the end user and LYNCHESVAITER CONSULTORIA E COMERCIO EM INFORMÁTICA LTDA, CNPJ 03703821/0001-82, from now on named "Lynchesvaiter". The software is licensed to you only if you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement. Before installing the software, please read the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then Lynchesvaiter does not license the software to you. You may uninstall and delete it immediately.

Terms of Licence
================
The software that accompanies this license is the property of Lynchesvaiter, and is protected by copyright laws. You will have certain rights to use the software after you accept this license. Your rights and obligations regarding the use of this software are:
You may:
i. Use ONE SINGLE copy of the software on a single computer
ii. Make one copy of the software for archival purposes, either by copying the software onto a diskette or a hard disk on a computer;
iii. Install the software on a server for the purpose of distribution to licensed users; provided you have a license for each computer;
iv. Make copies of the documentation for your personal use
v. Use a registration code obtained directly from Lynchesvaiter. Use of license codes obtained other than directly through Lynchesvaiter or one of its Electronic Software Distributors (ESDs) may constitute a copyright violation.

You may NOT:
i. Distribute registration codes, either in hard copy, electronic form or by postings on web sites and bulletin boards or similar facilities, without the express written consent of Lynchesvaiter;
ii. Copy the documentation for the purpose of distribution, or distribute the documentation in electronic or hard copy form;
iii. Sublicense, rent, lease or resell any portion of the software;
iv. Decompile, modify, translate, disassemble or reverse engineer the software; or otherwise display the source code in any human-readable form;
v. Create derivative works based upon this software.
vi. Use a registration code obtained from an unauthorized distributor of this software. If you determine that you are in possession of an unauthorized registration code, you are required to uninstall the registration code from the software, and destroy all copies, (electronic or hard copy) of the registration code. Failure to do this constitutes a violation of copyright laws, and the user may be subject to criminal prosecution.

Limited Warranty
================
Lynchesvaiter does not warrant that this software will meet your needs, but that the software is error free and performs cryptographic operations with data handled by Windows applications. Lynchesvaiter grants that this software had not be made with any kind of instruction that could damage your data, files and devices. Lynchesvaiter does not be responsible for any consequences for using or misusing of this software.
If this software does not perform as documented within the user documentation or help system, you are entitled, at Lynchesvaiter discretion, to a full refund within 30 days of purchase of this product. Lynchesvaiter may, at its option, provide a software fix or reasonable work-around in place of a refund.
Lynchesvaiter reserves to itself the exclusive right of supply aditional register numbers (Registration Number of software) in those cases of accidental looses of the program or of its registration number. Lynchesvaiter has no obligation to send additional registration numbers for those users that had burned the registration process in the Internet environment. In other words, Lynchesvaiter may or may not supply additional numbers to register the program again, which each case will be studied separetely. Lynchesvaiter can deny additional registration numbers without justify this act.
Disclaimer of Damages:
=====================
In no event will Lynchesvaiter be liable to you for any consequential, special or indirect damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of inability to use this software, even if Lynchesvaiter has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 
In those cases where the user does not remember the secret keyword utilized to encode his files, Lynchesvaiter could not be responsible for that loss and its consequences. Lynchesvaiter, due the nature of the software, is unable to decode any document without the secret keyword.
Lynchesvaiter recommends you regularly make backup copies of data under cryptography.
In no case shall Lynchesvaiter liability exceed the purchase price of this software.
General
=======
This license agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, South America.
This agreement is the complete agreement between Lynchesvaiter and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, oral and written, with respect to the subject matter contained herein. This agreement may only be modified by a license addendum which accompanies this license, or by a written document signed by Lynchesvaiter and you.
